Overseas Suppliers

HolidayTaxis.com know that it is vital to have outstanding contacts in each of our destinations, which is why we only work with the best and most experienced overseas handling companies. These dedicated contacts are there to manage our transfer company partners and to ensure that all bookings are received and arranged long before the plane arrives. Our exceptional management team have all been hand-picked from senior positions within the UK's leading travel companies, and all boast at least fifteen years’ experience in the field.

Sophisticated Technology

We have built our own unique reservation, email and billing systems from scratch, making our systems among the very best on the market. We are dedicated to a conscientious process, in order to make it impossible for any booking to get lost.

Once a travel agent or customer makes a booking on our site, an email is automatically sent to our in-resort handling agent, and the booking is added to the confirmation file. Once the agent has confirmed the booking via email, or within the admin section of the site, then the booking is transferred to the ‘booked’ section. However, if, for any reason, the booking is not confirmed, it is flagged to one of our UK administration team, who will follow this up immediately. Simply put, there is absolutely no way for us to lose your booking!

Other areas of automation have been put in place, from confirmation emails, to sophisticated commission and invoicing structures for travel agents. Our incredibly low prices are completely dependent upon this sophisticated back-office set-up, and give us complete confidence that we will never be beaten on service or price.

Chairman - Brendan M Breslin

Brendan Breslin has been Chairman of HolidayTaxis since it was founded in 2002. Glasgow-born, he was educated at St Aloysius College before attending Tal Handaq Royal Naval School in Malta. After entering RMA Sandhurst in 1964, he decided on a career change and, having failed to make the grade as a professional cricketer or golfer, he joined the Ministry of Defence.
He left Government Service in 1993, after a long and notable career, and later founded and was Chairman of internet based company E-Travelbase Ltd. He and his partners went on to provide the financial investment for HolidayTaxis in 2002. Brendan is an all-round sports fan, particularly golf, cricket, rugby and soccer and is a lifelong supporter of Celtic and Portsmouth FC.

Acting CEO and Deputy Chairman - Sir Colin Chandler

Sir Colin Chandler was knighted in 1988 and joined us after completing a 7 year term as Chairman of easyJet. Earlier in his career, he was seconded from British Aerospace to the role of Head of Defence Export Services, Ministry of Defence. He has been Managing Director, Chief Executive and then Chairman of Vickers plc. and Chairman of Racal Electronics plc; also Deputy Chairman of Smiths Group plc and a Non-executive Director of Guardian Royal Exchange plc and of TI group plc.

He was also Chairman of TI Automotive Limited, Chairman of Automotive Technik Limited, Non-Executive Chairman of Clarity Commerce Solutions plc and Pro-Chancellor of Cranfield University. He joined HolidayTaxis as a Non-Executive Director in 2009.

This is a cost effective shared airport shuttle service with other passengers. With up to 8 stops this airport shuttle will run between the airport and accommodation excluding private addresses. You will be dropped off/ picked up from your hotel or the nearest accessible point. Your airport transfer time is estimated but may vary depending on traffic and the number of stops made. There may be a wait at the airport or pick up point as buses run to a schedule. Speedy Shuttle Options

Disability Access Transportation

We offer wheelchair accessible taxis in many destinations which are suitable for those using a wheelchair, and can cater for any special requirements you may have. Wheelchair accessible vehicles have either a rear tail lift or ramp for wheelchair access. You will not have to get out of your wheelchair and your driver will assist you in and out of the vehicle if needed.
